For even greater privacy, two of the bedrooms are housed in standalone pavilions, just a short walk from the main house—ideal for guests seeking their own slice of seclusion.

A security deposit is required upon arrival at the villa: USD 1,500 for small events or USD 2,000 for large events. This deposit covers any potential damage or breakage to the property before, during, or after the event. The full amount is fully refundable, provided no damage is incurred.
